30 DAYSstart whenever you're ready

You don't need a free weekend. You need a plan.

You start the wardrobe, get interrupted, and the pile ends up living on the bed for a week.

Weekends disappear into sport, washing and catching up. The "big declutter" never happens.

You know there's too much stuff. You just don't know where to start, or what to let go of.

You buy more storage, and a month later it's full again.

More storage isn't the answer. Less stuff is. And you can get there in 30 minutes a day - no brain power, no planning, no marathon weekends.

how it works

One zone a day. One simple rule.

1

Set a 30-min timer

Each day is one small zone - a drawer, a shelf, a cupboard. Doable before school pick-up or after the kids are in bed.

2

Keep 7, lose 3

For every 10 things in a zone, 3 go. That's your 30%. No agonising, no second-guessing.

3

Follow your day

We move through your home the way you live in it - bedroom first, garage last - so you feel the difference straight away.

4

Catch up weekly

Every 7th day is a catch-up day. Life happens - miss a day and you're still on track.

I'm doing it with you

Hi, I'm Jess - The Organised Busy Mum

I'm a full-time working mum of two and an architectural and interior designer with over 15 years' experience. I've learned that a calm home isn't about more storage - it's about less stuff and better systems.

I'm doing all 30 days live on Instagram, the messy bits included, to show you it genuinely fits around a full-time job and a busy family.

Some days will be quick for me because I did my kitchen a few weeks ago. That's the whole point - the more you do it, the less there is, and the quicker it gets. This is your kick-start.

This is for you if

You're a busy mum who wants a calmer home but can't lose whole weekends to it

You get stuck deciding what to keep and what to let go

You want someone to just tell you what to do today

You work better with accountability and people doing it alongside you

It's not for you if

You want a Pinterest-perfect pantry by Friday

You're after a one-weekend blitz rather than a habit that sticks

You're hoping to buy your way out with more baskets and bins

Questions

Do I have to start on 1 October?

No. Day 1 is whenever you join. I'm starting mine live on 1 October if you'd like to follow along in real time.

What if I miss a day?

That's what the catch-up days are for. Every 7th day is built in to get you back on track - no guilt.

Is 30 minutes really enough?

Yes, because each zone is small and the decisions are already mapped out. Some days you'll finish early.

My home doesn't have all these rooms

Skip what you don't have and use it as a bonus catch-up. Got an extra room? Slot it into a catch-up day.

How do I get access?

Instant access by email straight after checkout

I've decluttered before and it came back

That's why the challenge ends with a maintenance plan - simple habits so you stay on top of it.

30 minutes a day. 30 days. A lighter home.

Set the timer, follow the plan, and watch the bags pile up. I'll be right there doing it with you.
