A 13-week Christmas challenge

The Organised Busy Mum's Christmas

Small, doable steps every Friday so you actually get to enjoy Christmas this year, instead of just running it.

One email a week, every Friday until 18 December

Last Christmas I was wrapping presents at 11pm on Christmas Eve, sticky tape on my fingers, wondering how I'd gone from "this year I'll be organised" to this.

It wasn't that I didn't care. It was that Christmas landed on top of everything else. Work, school pick-ups, dinners, the washing that never ends. The same way it does for every mum I know.

And somewhere in all of it, I realised I'd spent so much energy making Christmas happen for everyone else that I barely got to feel it myself.

So this year I'm doing it differently. Earlier, slower, one small step at a time. And I'd love you to do it with me.

How it works

Every Friday, one email lands in your inbox with one focus for the week. It's everything I share on Instagram, broken down properly, so you're not piecing it together from stories at midnight.

  • Clear steps for that week, in the order that makes sense
  • Copy-and-paste templates and scripts, like the family group chat message about Secret Santa that nobody wants to send
  • A printable checklist for the fridge
  • A bare minimum version for the weeks when life is a lot, because doing a little still counts

What we'll cover

Everything is timed around lead times, school holidays and the sales, so you do things when they're easiest, not when they're urgent.

  • Making space at home before the new things arrive
  • Gifts, budgets and the family conversation, sorted early and without the awkwardness
  • Booking and planning ahead for the things that fill up fast
  • Decorations, traditions and the fun stuff, minus the pressure
  • School, holidays and Christmas Day, planned so it doesn't all land on you at once

Joining late?

You'll get every email sent so far straight away, plus a short Start Here guide that tells you what to skip, what to shrink and what still matters. No catching up on weeks of emails at once.

Is this for you?

Yes, if

You love Christmas but feel like the default organiser of it. You want to feel calm in December, not smug. You've got about 20 minutes a week, not a free weekend.

Probably not, if

You're after a styled, magazine-worthy Christmas. This is about the real version, with real kids and a real budget.

You don't need a better Christmas.

You need a slightly easier one.

[HIGHLY RECOMMENDED] - Add the CALM Home Reset

The tree comes down on 1 January, and then there's the rest of the house. The CALM Home Reset is your plan for that bit: a calm, step-by-step reset so you start the new year in a home that feels lighter, not buried under wrapping paper and new toys with nowhere to go. Do it now, or save it for January. It'll be waiting.
